Noise started after changing oil to FULL synthetic oil. Engine was supper quiet before I changed oil. People thought it was the filter? There haven't been anybody that knows the reason. Going to change back to ford's oil tomorrow.

Synthetic shouldn't have done that and what type of noise is it? If it were an oil filter it could show a drop in pressure i'd change that first instead of other oil as it may be still there when you change it. Was it the correct weight oil?
