My lift gate randomly stopped working. The glass part works just fine. None of the buttons work and all the fuses are good. I do not hear any noise when I press any of the buttons so I assume somehow there is no power to it? Please help!

Hi,

I attached two pics below which are the wiring schematic for the liftgate. I realize you checked fuses, but we need to go one step further. There are two fuses that need to be checked. One is under the hood and one in the vehicle.

When checking a fuse, its condition is important. However, you should also check to make sure the fuse is getting power. Here is a link that explains how that is done:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

If you look below, you will see there are two fuses that power things. They need to be checked for power as well as condition. The schematic below was one page, but I had to cut it in half to make it readable for you. I did overlap them so you can follow from one to the next.

Pic 3 below shows the fuse location in the under hood fuse box and pic 4 shows the interior fuse box fuse location.

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
