License plate lights not working?

For some reason both of my license plate lights are out. I have replaced both bulbs and checked all the fuses, but I still don't have any lights. Am I missing something?

Hi,

I attached the schematic below at the license plate lamps. This is very straightforward. What I need you to do is check for power.

There is a green wire with a violet tracer that provides power. There is a connection to the lamps and the wire color changes to green with a yellow tracer that goes to the lights.

With the lights on, see if there is power to that wire. If there is, then we need to check if the ground is present. You will need to check the black wire for continuity to ground.
