Where is the fuse for license plate lights located?

I've replaced the bulbs and they still won't work. Looked in manual and there isn't a specific fuse stating it's for license plate lights.

Hi,

There isn't a fuse for them. Power to the license plate lamps comes directly from the body control module. See pic 1

So, do me a favor. Using a test lamp, see if there is power to the light socket. If there is, check for continuity to ground via the black wire at the sockets.
