License plate light bulb out which fuse controls it

Bulb is still good but cannot find fuse number.

The park, tail and marker lamps, including the license lamps, are illuminated when the headlamp switch is placed in the park or head position. With that in mind, there is one fuse for the rear lights, including the license plate lights. I have no list of fuses, but I looked through a wiring schematic and have attached it. Power to the parking lights (which includes the license plate lights) comes from fuse number 2 in the under hood power distribution box. When you look at the schematic that I attached, you will see the brown wire is powered by F2. That should be fuse two in the box. My biggest concern is if the tail lights are working, the fuse is most likely good. That means there is a ground issue or a damaged or disconnected wire.
