2002 Lexus SC 430 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I want to repair the right rear brake light, I have taken bolt that looks like should allow the lens cover to be taken off but something is holding it in place. can't figure out why it will not come loose.

You need to carefully pop it out using a small flat tip screwdriver, go around it-double check for hidden screw
