I am having a p1401 code appear?

The code:
P1401 - Sub Throttle Position Sensor Range/Performance Problem

The sub throttle position sensor is used for traction control. See diagnostics procedure for that DTC attached.

This vehicle is equipped with a throttle position sensor, a throttle control motor and a accelerator pedal position sensor. They are all connected to the either side of the throttle body. See diagrams below for position of each of these components.
