Passenger side fog light is out. I assume it's just the
bulb (12v 55W H3). Have dismantled lower shroud
to get at light that I assume has to be taken out
to replace the bulb. Have taken off the back 2
washer nuts and fixture still won't budge.

Dealer says bring it in and will replace it for $35.00
What can you suggest?

That style of bulb is usually held in with a wire retainer, removal of the light shouldnt be necessary. If you can acccess the back of the light, see if there is a cover to remove to gain access to the retainer and bulb
