The starter is under the intake. (I recommend you read my post, user jh0962) Disconnect battery, drain coolant, remove TB cover,air intake ass.,throttle cable,TB(throttle body),wire covers,VSV,timing belt covers,hoses,wires, intake chamber,fuel lines,egr pipe,fuel rail, intake manifold, water bypass pipe, disassemble engine harness casing,remove water bridge and starter. (well worth the $500 in labor) Parts: intake gasket set, injector seal kit, water Bypass (bridge) gaskets, EGR gaskets, hoses etc
