1992 Lexus SC 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 115K miles

what type of MAF does the Sc300 use(hot wire or) Is it interchangable with the one from the Sc400?

They are all a little different, for the specific application.As far as brand/type, I would only use an OE replacement
