1999 Lexus RX 300 SUV stopped when my daughter was driving

The suv was being driven by my daughter when she noticed some hesitation and pulled in to a gas station. As soon as she pulled it to the gas station the engine stopped.
I tried to crank it, engines rotates, sounds like battery is drained out. We tried to boost it with another car, no luck! ran diagnostic got, the code was P0765.
Please help.

Code is for Trans that would not stop it from running so need to check for spark and fuel pressure.
