1999 Lexus RX 300 Starting the car

When starting the car from cold, it make a loud screeching sound. This doesn't happen from a warm engine. What could be the reason(s)? Just had a tune-up, and oil change.

you have a loose belt tensioner or a bad bearing in a idler pulley. check drive belt real closely for cracks and wear.
