I just took my car into te Lexus dealer for an oil change and to check the check engine light that just came on. They called me an let me know it is the Oxygen sensor that needs replacement. Is this a repair that can be delayed or will there be problems if I don't replace today?

It may effect performance and fuel milage depends on what code fault it was. Doubt it will cause shutdown or any damage.
