1999 Lexus RX 300 Car stops after starting

I have Lexus RX300. The car start well, very good. But stops in another 5 seconds. However, when I have foot on gas pressed, it keeps running.

What could be the problem?

Check and test the idle air control valve and throttle position sensor to include the fuel pressure.
