1997 Lexus no heat at idle

With the temp set to heat the car, the temp is fine when driving. When idling the temp turns cold. This occurs no mater the temp, blower speed, floor/panel/windshield setting or outside/inside/dehumidify setting.

Replace the thermostat and refill the radiator with proper antifreeze protection
