My center leather console is worn out. I bought a used one to replace it. How can I remove the old one. I don't see a way to access the mounting screws.

After this I need to remove the hinged cushion behind the cup holder. It has a leather covered top with air vents and a compartment below. It appears to be held with (4) screws towards the back of the console.
