1994 Lexus LS 400 My car won't stay on

1994 Lexus LS 400 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My car had the main belt break but I replaced it and it still is making nosies and its smoking when its tryig to run. We don't really know what the prblem is. Could it be my fan?

Hi when you say the main belt, do you mean the serpintine belt that runs the alternator and stuff? or do you mean timeing belt?
