Is there something I can do to stop my whining ps pump?
The unit is less than 2 years old and is a genuine lexus part.
Fluid change? other additive?
Seems to have gotten worse since I had my transmission fluid changed at the dealer.

Full fluid change would be a good place to start. Are you using p/s fluid and not trans fluid? After fluid change if it is still noisy, try adding 2-3 tbsp's of motor oil, give it a little time to work its way around
