1. My car starts, but it sound like it has a vaccum leak.

2. When I push the accelerator I get a whizzing sound, like somethings loose. The car will only travel about 15 to 20 miles per hour.

2. I had my car examined by Pep Boys Automotive, they told me that my EGR valve was not working, fuel was being dumped in the catalytic converter and the converter was plugged.(they said its an exhaust problem & the fuel baked my converters)

3. Prior to this situation I had a similar problem-RED HOT SUPPOSEDLY PLUUGED CONVERTERS-a.Replaced oxygen sensors(no help) b. Installed two new converters( no help) c.Bought two used coils and replaced the old ones(IT SOLVED THE PROBLEM) This new problem seems similar-I wonder if one or both of my used coils is bad.

4. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank You

Robert

this is a common problem and is usually caused from a bad ignition coil. you are most likely just running on 4 cylinders and four are dead. remove a spark plug wqire from each side and see which one has no spark then replace that coil. let me know
