Your vehicle is not equipped with an inertia switch.. inspect the fuel pump relay, located on the right front inner fender panel.

i replaced the relay,pump,filter,distributior caps,rotors,plugs n wires,battery,and still wont turn over

Is fuel pump kicking in? Have you checked fuel pressure at rail and spark at plugs?
