Where can I find the fuel pump shut off switch

Your vehicle is not equipped with an inertia switch. Inspect the fuel pump relay, located on the right front inner fender panel.

I replaced the relay, pump, filter, distributior caps, rotors, plugs n wires, battery, and still wont turn over

Is fuel pump kicking in? Have you checked fuel pressure at rail and spark at plugs?
