Likely problems are either low fuel pressure or a faulty mass air flow sensor. Try disconnecting mass air flow sensor and then drive. A lot of times the car will run a lot better with is unplugged, if its bad and you should be able to get better throtle response. Also try getting the computer scanned (autozone does it for free) then get back to us with the codes you get.
