2001 Lexus IS 300 Overheating

My car is overheating after i already replaced the rad cap. i have no idea what else it could be. it dose have water in it. do i need anti-freeze? or no. the water also get spit out of the rad.

Hi there,

Replace the thermostat and check that the cooling fans are working, also it is a good idea to have the radiator cleaned & flow tested by a radiator repairer.
