2001 Lexus IS 300 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 137000 miles

When i reverse my car on passanger side makes a loud noise when i hit the brakes to stop i hear a noise on both ends

i was told bearing and axle is that correct.

very possible but also check motor mount and lower
control arm bushings
