2001 Lexus IS 300 clicking noises

My car just started making some clicking noises coming from the console. The noise is coming from the passenger side, near the center console. At first I thought it was the CD player, but the noise is not near the radio. Have anyone experience this from their Lexus?

Do you have any A/C issue or any other problems as this may be an erratic relay shuddering.
