2000 Lexus GS 400 Oil leak

My engine is leaking oil. It seams to be coming out of the oil fill cap and the oil filter. When I unscrew the oil fill cap it seams to be under a lot of pressure. Oil is leaking on the exhaust and smoking. The car runs great with no engine noise.
