Drivers door automatic lock/unlock locks and unlocks all the doors except the drivers door. I can lock/unlock the drivers door with the key and by the manual button on the handle.

When all work but one that eliminate the possibility of a bad fuse or relay and switch
you have left wiring harness to actuator and actuator
I would Suspect bad door lock actuator
door trim need to be removed and check the actuator for power and ground when switch on
