My husband changed the radiator on his car and made sure everything was connected and now the transmission is not working. Please provide some assistance. Thanks

Sounds like he disconnected the transmission cooler line and drained the tranny fluid out during radiator replacement. Ensure transmission cooler lines are connected and check tranny fluid level.
