1993 Lexus GS 300 engine removal

Hello
I have a 1993 gs300 that i am trying to do an engine swap on. How do you get the top 4 transmission bolts out and does the engine come out the top or bottom.

The engine & transmission is removed as a single unit and stripped on the floor, the engine/trans assembly is removed from the top.
