I would like to know why my break pads were like new on the front and totally worn out in the back (I had the back replaced). The Lexus dealer said that they checked to make sure the front brakes were working...but I dont see how they could be working propperly with the diff in wear...I am hoping someone can give me some idea of what questions to ask to make sure my front brakes are working propperly. I did stop short to see if there was any dip in the front--none that I could tell.

Hi there,

you will need to get a brake pressure test done, not many work shops can do this test, may be a specialist brake shop can, you may have to do a bit of ringing around to get this done.
