2004 Lexus ES 330

I accidentally broke one of the handles of one of the front cup holder. Is there a way to repair it without replacing the entire cup holder? Do I need to go to the lexus dealership to get it fixed or can I get it fixed at any auto repair shop? Thank you

the cup hoder is sold by entire assembly at the dealer ship
