MY LEXUS 2004 ES330 SHIFTS POORLY FROM 2ND TO 3RD WHEN IT IS COLD ONCE IT IS WARMED UP PROBLEM GOES AWAY? CHECKED FLUID LEVEL IS GOOD LEXUS UPLOADED NEW SOFTWARE DIDN'T HELP?

Did dealer check trans computer for codes? Maybe in need of fluid change Lexus recomends change at 60K. A scan of trans will eliminate any part or sensor fault.
