Do any cars have the diagnostic ability to sense a piece of metal in a tire? No loss of tire pressure, just a given indication that something is wrong.

Hi there,

I am unaware of any indicator of this nature, only low pressure indication sensors that would advise that you may have an object in the tyre causing the deflation.
