2002 Lexus ES 300 Replacing my air filter

I am trying to replace my air filter on my car and not sure how to get to it. Could you please give a detailed explanation on how to replace my air filter.

Are you replacing the engine air filter or the cabin a/c air filter?

The air filter is inside the black box behind the battery on the driver's side of the engine bay. There are two 10 millimeter bolts on the airbox that hold it closed.
