2001 Lexus ES 300 Trac Off light is on, check engine

I need to know what does trac off, check engine.

Does this have anything to do with the car shaking when braking over 40 mph?

Car also pulls to the right when braking.

I'm not sure of the engine and wheel type.

Please advise me on what to do.
