2000 Lexus ES 300 smoke from exhaust

My car has smoke that comes from the exhaust when I start the car and let the heat come on. IT is cold now so some cars have smoke coming from the exhaust when the heat is on but mine more than others. I am about to get an oil change. Could it possibly be that it needs just an oil change?

First i would like you to pull out the oil dipstick, the oil fill cap and the pcv valve and let me know if a foamy substance is present.
