I have a code PO61 code do you have any info on testing or why it set that code?

You need to re-verify the code, I'm not coming up with it with Lexus engine codes for that year.

The only numbers that came close to P061 is for P0116 for the coolant temperature sensor and P1600 for ECM BATT. Malfunction
