1999 Lexus ES 300 Stalling Problem

My 1999 Lexus ES 300 starts and stops/stalls as soon as the foot is off the accelerator. What might be causing this and what is a reasonable price to fix it.

YOUR IAC VALVE IS GUMMED UP AND STUCK @ CLOSED LOOP OPERATION, IN PLAIN ENGLISH YOU DONT HAVE IDLE UP WHEN YOU NEED, BASICALLY HAVE A TECH
DO AN ACTIVE TEST ON YOUR IAC MOTOR USUALLY IT
UNSTICKS THE VALVE, YOU MAY WANT TO REPLACE THE VALVE
