how do i adust idle speed on 1998 lexus es300. when starting i must start car and rev gas or if i just start it will idle to low and turn off

Did you change oil, air fitler?
Yes you can increase the idling by turn it up with a screw driver. But most of the time , the problem is the idle air control dirty or fault.
