1995 lexus es300 smokes on start when cold, dose not after engine is warm

White smoke -coolant
Blue smoke- oil
Black smoke- fuel rich

ok blueish/white smoke with a sweet/punget smell witch would mean coolint leaking into cylinders but lvl never changes. dose use a little oil, when u check the plugs all are a golden brown with no sign of oil being burnt in cyl.
