AS I BACK OUT OF MY GARAGE AND BREAK MY BREAK LIGHT COMES ON AND GOES OFF AFTER A FEW MILES OF DRIVING, THIS STARTED AFTER I HAD MY TIRES ROTATED. WHAT IS THE CAUSE AND WHAT IS THE PRICE TO FIX THIS ISSUE.

You are talking about the brake warning lamp in the instrument cluster, correct? If so, check the brake fluid level in the brake master cylinder.
