1994 Lexus ES 300 p1609 scan code

i have a lexus es 300 1994 , i changed the ecm and tps sensor i never got it flashed toyota said it didnt need to be flashed the ecm of course, so now i start the car it starts fine but when i go to press the gas it bogs down it does not respond it wants to turn off, engine light is on i scaned the car with a scan tool obd ll , and got code p1609 auxiliary input/ output, sometime when it bogs down i cannot scan the car it will show messege connection error,, but sometimes car will work fine, let me know what u think thank you

Hi elnopi,

P1609 is not found in the trouble code list. Are you sure you got it correct? If yes, then it is something in the ECM that is faulty.
