i have a wiper problem but i didnt see my category ..i can here my wiper motor humming but the wipers do not work.. it was all of a sudden to.at one point, i pushed them a little n i could feel it grab a bit.. just n the downward motion but it did not come up..the motor would hum at one point n stay quiet at times .. what is the problem here???

Tighten the wiper pivot arm nut down and see if its grabs the windshield
