1993 Lexus ES 300 Fuel System Pressure

I was wondering what the proper and easiest way to relieve the fuel system pressure is on a 1993 Lexus ES300? I am replacing the fuel damper that screws into the end of the fuel rail on the rear three cylinders.

Find the cold start injector wrap it up with a shop towel and loosen the banjo bolt slowly, dry it up before you do anything else
