1993 Lexus ES 300 6 cyl

I have a 1993 lexus es 300 5 speed, that will not idle. ICV has already been replaced. The car only stays started if the accelerator is being applied, if not the car dies out.....what can the problem be from this point????

Coulde be the airflow sensor, throttle position sensor and EGR valve
