1992 Lexus ES 300 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I 1992 Lexus ES 300; when I am revere if drive’s fine but when I put it in drive it takes a good time to move off and it also has a small fume when I put on the heat.
Anyone please help me!!!
