if your brake rotors are worn out does it cause your back end of the car to vibrate

If the rotor/s are warped it will do that get it mike out to confirm it

It shakes alot and makes a loud noise.. so that's what i'm guessing it is only when i start to press break if i slam on break no noise or little shaking..
