1992 Lexus ES 300 blower motor resistor

where is it located i looked at the blower motor but couldnot identify it and can i replace myself.

The blower motor resistor is located behind the right side of dash, on the evaporator case.

If you have some mechanical experience than you should be able to replace the resistor without too much trouble.
