1990 Lexus ES 250 Won't start

Electrical problem
1990 Lexus ES 250 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Change battery, interior lights come on but tail lights and clock won't work and it still won't start.

Is it cranking over and will not start or just won't crank at all/nothing??

It won't start. It was jumped before and started and then it wouldn't start even with a jump. Bought a new battery and it still won't start. The interior lights come on and also the headlights. No tail lights and no dashboard lights. When key is in the on position, nothing happens.

Double check battery condition and connections if okay and still nothing when key at starting postion check and test the ignition switch

How do you check the ignition switch to see if it's working?

Sir- if you don't have electrical background bring it in you could make things worst than it is.
