1990 Lexus ES 250 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 250K miles

Recently, my engine stalls during warm-up and I can't restart for 20-30 minutes. It is flooding because I smell gasoline. Any ideas?

sounds like faulty carburetor, and inspect the mass air flow sensor
